By installing or using Medfolio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 · Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children's records may be managed by a parent or legal guardian under their own account.
03 · Your account
You're responsible for the security of your phone number and the device you sign in with. Sharing your account access with others is at your own risk. Re-verification is required for sensitive actions.
04 · Acceptable use
Don't use Medfolio to: store records that don't belong to you (without consent), harass or impersonate others, attempt to break the service's security, or violate Indian law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

06 · Intellectual property
Medfolio's brand, app, and content (including the test glossary) are our intellectual property. Your records are yours; we have a limited license to process them solely to operate the service for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medfolio is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages or for medical decisions made using data from the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
09 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
