Medfolio is a Personal Health Records platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional.
02 · What Medfolio does
Medfolio:
- Stores medical reports you upload
- Extracts test names, values, units, and dates from those reports
- Organizes the extracted data into a per-person timeline
- Plots trend charts for any test that has 2+ readings
- Generates secure share links you can send to a recipient of your choosing
03 · What Medfolio does NOT do
Medfolio does not:
- Diagnose any condition
- Recommend any treatment or medication
- Interpret your individual lab values or tell you whether they are "good" or "bad"
- Provide telemedicine, doctor consultations, or AI-doctor advice
- Connect you to labs, insurers, or pharmacies as a transaction

Medfolio is not for emergency use. Call 112 or 108 immediately, or visit your nearest hospital.
05 · Glossary content
Test descriptions on /tests are educational. They explain what each test measures and how doctors generally interpret it. They do not interpret your individual values. Content is reviewed by the Medfolio editorial team against current Indian clinical guidelines (ICMR, WHO, NHS, NIH) before publishing, and every page cites its sources.
06 · Trust your doctor
Lab values, trends, and the explanations on this site are tools. Decisions about your health belong with a qualified medical professional who knows your full context.
